Acceptance of Terms

Accounts found to belong to individuals under the age of 21 will be suspended immediately and any balances may be forfeited in accordance with applicable regulations. It is a violation of these terms to allow another person to use your account.

Account Registration and Security

Each player may hold only one registered account on ph modern. You are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. ph modern will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify us immediately. Duplicate accounts may be closed without notice and any associated balances may be voided.

Deposits and Payments

All transactions on ph modern are conducted in Philippine pesos (PHP). Deposits may be made via GCash or bank transfer through supported Philippine banks, as detailed on the Deposit page. You must only use payment methods that are registered in your own name. ph modern does not accept deposits from third parties. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts may apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. Deposits are credited to your account balance once the payment has been confirmed by the relevant payment provider. ph modern isnot responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors outside of our control.

Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed on ph modern are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game or sports market at the time the bet is placed. Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. ph modern reserves the right to void any bet that has been placed in error, placed on an event with an incorrect price, or placed in circumstances that constitute a breach of these terms. Winnings from valid bets will be credited to your account balance promptly after the relevant event or game round has been settled. Players are responsible for ensuring they understand the rules of each game or betting market before participating. ph modern may impose betting limits on individual accounts at its discretion.

Prohibited Activities

You must not use the ph modern platform for any unlawful purpose or in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair the platform. The following activities are strictly prohibited: using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform; colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage; exploiting software errors or technical faults for financial gain; using the platform to launder money or conduct any fraudulent activity; and creating multiple accounts to circumvent account restrictions or promotional limits. ph modern actively monitors for suspicious activity and will suspend or permanently close accounts found to be in breach of these prohibitions. Any winnings obtained through prohibited activities will be voided and may be recovered.

Limitation of Liability

ph modern provides the platform on an "as available" basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access at all times. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ph modern shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, including losses resulting from technical faults, service interruptions, or delays in payment processing. ph modern's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

Intellectual Property

All content on the ph modern platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, and software — is the property of ph modern or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the platform without prior written permission from ph modern. Your use of the platform does not grant you any ownership rights over any content or materials you access. Unauthorised use of ph modern's intellectual property may result in account suspension and legal action. The ph modern name and logo are trademarks of the platform and may not be used without express written consent.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of the ph modern platform shall first be referred to our support team for resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies in the Philippines. ph modern is committed to resolving player complaints fairly and in a timely manner.
